This morning I did the last run of 30 minutes and managed to carry on for another 10 minutes after that. I'm nowhere near 5k in 30 minutes more like 45 minutes but I don't care, considering at Week 3 I thought I had hit my level. To know that I can now run for 30 minutes without walking would have been unbelievable to me at the beginning. It took me far longer than 9 weeks (I should in theory have finished mid October) but I'd say to anyone just starting on this or half way through keep going, no matter how long it takes you to do it you will suprise yourself. So my aim now is to keep going until I can run for 5k without stopping.

Graduation at last!
Congratulations Eddieiz on graduating and completing week 9 run 3 of C25K To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE ๐ next to your username leave a message on the December ๐ graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K ๐ ๐ ๐. Run 6/30 minute consolidation runs before you run a full 5K, that way your speed and pace may get quicker.
Congratulations on the graduation and a great run to finish on. Be careful not to over run now, take some time to consolidate on 30. That 5k will come, but right now enjoy celebrating the life changing achievement. Happy running.
