Up to now no aches or pains at all . As of last Wednesday I've had an aching tight thigh on the right don't know why. I do my warm up/ down I drink plenty of water I've continued with my runs but they are harder. Does anyone know what this is 🤔

You’re new to this. Unused bits of your body are protesting We call it new runner niggles. As you keep steadily, slowly working through the sessions, taking a rest day or two between runs, you will strengthen and lose the niggles 🙂
I had never moved let alone run so had lots of aches 😫. Ok now though 💪😁

I get niggles still when I extend the distance or go faster... one pushes my limits and the other makes me use my muscles harder and maybe slightly differently... so I’d say it’s probably just that.
