Not gonna lie when Michael came on to say you have been running for 5 mins I had a wee panic attack but I just kept going and when I hit 10mins I was like “oh yeah I got this”. There were 20 million dog walkers out and I really wanted to shout at each one “I AM RUNNING FOR 20 MINS TODAY” 🤣.
As excited as I am I am also realistic this is very much the beginning but even last week I wasn’t convinced this run wouldn’t take a few attempts.
Excited to find my groove with next weeks runs then head into the non stop running.
P.S. I am officially amazing 😉

You sound really chuffed to bits and so you should, it's great when you do that first non stop run shows you what you can really do and when you think back to wk1 how far you've come keep it up😊😊
It really is more mental than physical I realised after 5 mins while my legs felt a bit heavy this was not increasing so I could just keep plodding along.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 Emma lynne, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃 😊
