my legs were so heavy, felt like I was hardly moving at the end, but somehow I did, and just before the rain!

Not looking forward to week8, might need more than 3 runs for this week. Now doubting I'll graduate this year but will keep trying.

Tough run today... but completed. Maybe a 2 day rest to recharge the batteries? January 1st is a concept, you completing this is more important than a calendar date... if it’s 2018, great way to finish the year, if it’s 2019, great way to start a year. Don’t need to put pressure on yourself, just run the runs and feel the achievement when you graduate... it’s a big life changer.

I’m at the same stage as you. I was hoping to graduate this year too but I’m not now. I’ve been giving myself a couple of days rest in between runs to let my legs recover I’m hopefully starting week 8 on Friday. Let’s keep going. Good luck

Well done for getting through it. Make sure you’re well hydrated - if you’re not it can cause that heavy leg sensation. Repeating is a strategic choice, not a failure, so just enjoy seeing what you can do and how far you’ve come since week 1. It’s the getting there that matters, not the date you do it on. Always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for x

Thank you for this message, will try for more water during the morning next time. I do tell myself getting out there and doing something is better than doing nothing. I'm running so much more than week 1.
