Hi all, I’m new to this community.. Completed week 3 and starting Week 4.It look challenging any tips to overcome psychological barriers? thanks

Just follow the plan, slow and steady and then slow and steady again!

Take each run as it is, don't overthink and ignore the Gremlins.

Get some decent tunes and just enjoy 🙌

Well done. Trust the plan, believe in yourself and instead of looking forward, look back at how far you’ve come and relax in the knowledge that you’re running longer and easier than you were.
