Amazingly I have completed the programme, I never thought I would be able to do it. I repeated week 6 just so I was ready to continue on with the longer runs, so it took me 10 weeks rather than 9. However I am glad I repeated week 6 as I felt it set me up correctly.
I have never been a runner but now i feel so proud to say i amπ€©πππ₯³

Fantastic stuff. You will get info on Consolidation (more of week 9 type runs for 3-4 weeks). The Bridge to 10k has a plan to 60 minutes and/or to 10k. There are apps out there as well.
Thank you for the information, yes I start my consolidation runs tomorrow. Bridge to 10k sounds good. I will spend time looking at apps to.seewhat I can find. π
