Week 9 run 3 completed

I just wanted say a Big Thankyou to all, for your support over the last 10 weeks. 😁🤗

Amazingly I have completed the programme, I never thought I would be able to do it. I repeated week 6 just so I was ready to continue on with the longer runs, so it took me 10 weeks rather than 9. However I am glad I repeated week 6 as I felt it set me up correctly.

I have never been a runner but now i feel so proud to say i am🤩😁🎉🥳

Thank you couch to 5k people👏👏👏......onwards and upwards.

Looking to do 10K next, any ideas on any great running apps to get me there?

Fantastic stuff. You will get info on Consolidation (more of week 9 type runs for 3-4 weeks). The Bridge to 10k has a plan to 60 minutes and/or to 10k. There are apps out there as well.

Congratulations BJ. Special kudos for getting this done in winter. I remember graduating and looking around for a 10k app. I didn’t find one but I discovered Juju’s magic plan on Bridge to 10k. I found that I could manage without the encouraging voice in my ear. A running watch provided all the info I needed; my best running investment; but hey, we are all different. 👏👏👏👏
