I’ve done it at last. I haven’t run since last Friday due to work and other stuff but I finally got out this morning and I loved it. Beautiful and sunny and minus 2. Feeling great and looking forward to the weekend. Happy running everyone.

I’m feeling great and loving it. I’ve ran on and off for years, got good motivation at the moment, got a holiday booked not till June but I want to keep up running. You will be fine on W5R3. I’ve kept to the plan and found it brilliant. Keep slow and steady. You will do it!

Ah yes, I've set goals (got my MA Graduation in July) I plan to get back on slimming world next month and try and see bigger changes. The running is going brilliant but the weight loss doesn't seem to be happening as fast cause I cant stop bloody snacking! All the christmas food doesn't help either.

That’s the same for me. I love food. I need to lose about a stone. I’ve lost a couple of pounds and can see my body shape changing. Jeans feel a bit less tight. Some people have recommended measuring instead of weighing. Good luck with your progress.

I often measure my weight instead of weighing, I feel like the numbers on the scale just get me down. I also see a difference in my body shape, definitely with toning!
