First Birthday run😁

Had a great run this morning in my new ‘neutrals’ 😬 was nervous as have always worn supportive shoes before. But it was great! I did a week 4 run and have been building back up with wk1 then one from week 2 and one from week 3. Okay, so I’m not gonna make my goal of 5km for this Saturday or the park run ... but I’ll be starting the new year with those goals😁 Am just so happy I can run at the moment, really appreciate it. New playlist on too at 160bpm, was fab! Thanks to Unfitnomore for the tip of the website!

Happy running everyone and those on the IC stay positive as you will get back to it!

Happy birthday. Good run, goals are good and you’re right not to rush them of course. Cool you found the music you needed... I have lots of 170, 180 and beyond stuff, most of which I wouldn’t recommend, so it’s handy there’s a site where we can find stuff we like.

Going to try to get off the IC tomorrow... Had a 20 yards and back test this morning... all seems well.

Woo hoo! Good luck, I bet you will be fine, all the previous runs must have strengthened your ankles reckon. I like 160bpm, I can’t imagine anything good faster , but if there is that site will have it 😁
