First run done.

Hi all, I can see a lot of folks on here are way ahead of me as I’ve started the c25k today, but it was a fun start. I used to love running but I cracked my knee doing tough mudder and since then, I’ve been taking it easy. But I’m ready to get back in the swing again and will hopefully back to my old self by spring time (fave time of year for running). Wish me luck x

Run 1 is by far the hardest. Well done for getting out there and starting this fantastic programme. You’ll be running 5K again before you know it. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Luck 👍

I don't think you will have any trouble with the program if you used to enjoy running. It is great to have people to chat to though - Good Luck
