I’ve been on the IC since 6th November due to a non related running issue. This has been incredibly frustrating as I’ve been running since last October (2018) and have really enjoyed the benefits, not just physically but as a great stress buster.
However I’ve been feeling so much better recently and went to physio today for a review. She’s given me the green light to re-start running 🎉🎉
She’s suggested I re-start C25K at a level where I feel comfortable so plan to get back ASAP, probably start at week 3 level and c how it goes.
Going to compliment my running with regular Pilates too to build up my muscle strength.
So happy...I’ve missed my running sooo much 🙃🙃🙃
