Oh I’m hoping so TopShot, I gave up smoking 4 months ago as I lost dad to lung cancer in Feb so I wanted this new challenge, seeing that opened my eyes

I’m sorry to hear that Monica. I gave up smoking too before I started this and find it just never occurs to me to smoke anymore. I also had a diabetes scare which I’m pleased to say I have completely reversed as a result of doing this. The running really helped with both. Keep going, it’s not a race, it’s more important that we get to the end goal than how quickly we get there. You will do it if you just keep in mind why you started.

Thanks TopShot, I’m sat at my desk feeling quite invigorated and I’ve only completed day 1 lol

I tried to slow my run down as I think this is why is didn’t complete it on Monday

Funny thing is, my thighs are killing sat here and I’m loving it 🀣🀣🀣🀣

Amazing Monica! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ You completed the hardest run, and now you’ve done that, it’ll give you the ability to smash R2 too! Think of the feeling you have now - you’ll have it after each run! It’s great isn’t it? πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ˜€

I feel so pleased, I’ve never done exercise in my life and at 48 and such a crap year, I’m on Slimming World and doing this, I’m taking control πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

You did it, getting out there the first time is by far the most difficult, well done for preserving.
