Fantastic, well done ๐Ÿ‘. It becomes quite addictive after a bit.

Oh Iโ€™m hoping so TopShot, I gave up smoking 4 months ago as I lost dad to lung cancer in Feb so I wanted this new challenge, seeing that opened my eyes

Sorry for your loss, Monica. Iโ€™m sure your dad would be proud to see you making this effort in his memory x

Thank you ButtercupKid, just brought a tear to my eye that.

Iโ€™m sure he would, heโ€™d be cheering me on every bit of the way x

Thatโ€™s a lovely picture to carry with you as you go x

Iโ€™m sorry to hear that Monica. I gave up smoking too before I started this and find it just never occurs to me to smoke anymore. I also had a diabetes scare which Iโ€™m pleased to say I have completely reversed as a result of doing this. The running really helped with both. Keep going, itโ€™s not a race, itโ€™s more important that we get to the end goal than how quickly we get there. You will do it if you just keep in mind why you started.

Thanks TopShot, Iโ€™m sat at my desk feeling quite invigorated and Iโ€™ve only completed day 1 lol

I tried to slow my run down as I think this is why is didnโ€™t complete it on Monday

Funny thing is, my thighs are killing sat here and Iโ€™m loving it ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

Amazing Monica! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ You completed the hardest run, and now youโ€™ve done that, itโ€™ll give you the ability to smash R2 too! Think of the feeling you have now - youโ€™ll have it after each run! Itโ€™s great isnโ€™t it? ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜€

I feel so pleased, Iโ€™ve never done exercise in my life and at 48 and such a crap year, Iโ€™m on Slimming World and doing this, Iโ€™m taking control ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Thank you Auden ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

You did it, getting out there the first time is by far the most difficult, well done for preserving.

Thatโ€™s great... it didnโ€™t defeat you, you were determined... thatโ€™s gonna really help you on this journey. Enjoy that next run.
