Fantastic, well done π. It becomes quite addictive after a bit.
Oh Iβm hoping so TopShot, I gave up smoking 4 months ago as I lost dad to lung cancer in Feb so I wanted this new challenge, seeing that opened my eyes
Iβm sorry to hear that Monica. I gave up smoking too before I started this and find it just never occurs to me to smoke anymore. I also had a diabetes scare which Iβm pleased to say I have completely reversed as a result of doing this. The running really helped with both. Keep going, itβs not a race, itβs more important that we get to the end goal than how quickly we get there. You will do it if you just keep in mind why you started.
Amazing Monica! ππππππ You completed the hardest run, and now youβve done that, itβll give you the ability to smash R2 too! Think of the feeling you have now - youβll have it after each run! Itβs great isnβt it? πͺπββοΈππ
I feel so pleased, Iβve never done exercise in my life and at 48 and such a crap year, Iβm on Slimming World and doing this, Iβm taking control πͺπͺπͺ
