Completed C25K this evening!! Proper pleased with myself as it's taken me a long time to work up the courage to start running, but to my surprise I've really enjoyed it. Have found reading the posts on here very informative and encouraging 😀

Thanks! I'm determined to keep it up. First target now is to get a bit faster, then park runs and then perhaps start working towards 10K. I never thought I would hear myself saying this!!
