Nearly didn't go out last night after feeling a bit meh all day but hubby was changed and ready when I got home so forced myself out and so glad I did cos now I've finished!! So chuffed that I've actually done it this time after 3 false starts over the past few years. Think I got to week 3 each time and then gave in due to snow, bad knee, any old excuse really!
The last couple of runs my breathing has been better too so it's not been quite such an effort to get round.
Next goal is to get to 5k now. Have told hubby he now has to be Laura while we're running to tell me how long I've got to go :D.

BIG congratulations on graduating feels so good doesn't it
Thank you everybody. First step is to keep increasing the stamina so I can run 5k. I managed 4.1k yesterday which was twice round the lake but couldn't have done anymore! That took me 36 minutes, and so was an increase of 6 minutes timewise and half a km in distance. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll get to the magic 5k and then I'm not sure where to go from there really. Any suggestions?
