This morning was tough. Rain and mist. Dripping woods very muddy and slippery under foot. The little waterfall in full spate. The 30 minute run felt harder than the one before. But I did it. I’m finding a lot of it is about what I am telling myself; catching negative thoughts and replacing them with something positive.
And it is wonderful when it stops.

Well done. Good job 💪👍🏃♂️ It’s freat to get out and nail those sessions. There’s now hurry. Take your time 🙂
As you keep steadily running and getting a little bit further you will hopefully lose the negative thoughts. I can’t think of anything more joyous than being out for a run. It’s complete freedom 🙂
