Absolutely, take it slowly, follow the program, and you should be fine.

Well done for getting out there. I’ve just completed week 2. My first run week1 I honestly thought I was going to die. Now I’m looking forward to week 3.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
It doesn't get easier..........but you get fitter, so as the demands increase so does your ability to match them.
It works!!!
Enjoy your journey.

Welcome... well done. That’s the hardest week... and yeah, it gets easier... one day you will run an “easy 5k” crazy though that may sound right now!

It does sound crazy. But I'm determined to stick with it.

You’ll get there, all it really takes is determination, and you got that! When you run that easy 5, and you will, you’ll smile the last 2k and grin over the line!
