Well done for getting out there. I’ve just completed week 2. My first run week1 I honestly thought I was going to die. Now I’m looking forward to week 3.

Week one nearly killed me and I am on week 9 now - Trust me the programme works and you CAN do it
Absolutely. Just follow the programme. Go nice and slow. And you will amaze yourself. Good luck
