ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈ Not going to lie, I thought I was never going to finish today. Running into a head wind, my knee giving me jip and then getting stitch after 14 minites, I honeslty wanted to call an Uber to take me home, but I did it. ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈππΎββοΈ

Congratulations Running Saz on completing C25K with week 9 run 3, especially under rather difficult conditions. To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to your username leave a message on the November graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K. π π π
Hey - didnβt know we had a badge to look forward to when we graduate! That is sooo βHey Duggeeβ (for anyone who has toddlers in their lives you will get huge credibility!) π
The "badge" is the word 'graduate,' NOT the kind of badge which will (not ) be sent to you through the post, nevertheless 100% of graduatesπ of C25K love to see the G word next to their username. π
I thought maybe it was a βprint your ownβ badge - Iβm inclined to make one so I can award myself a βRunning Badgeβ after graduation whilst watching βHey Duggeeβ with the grandbabies although I will have to practice the voice of the narrator Alexander Armstrong π
I did that on my laptop well after I graduated, I thought that C25K badge designd by :RunaroundSue:which appears on the healthunlocked C25K home page would be digitally sent to me with my username but that never happened. What I did with a little experimenting with the 'paint' feature on my Laptop on Microsoft was at the part it says
"NHS Couch to 5K AM(my initials) has successfully ran for 30 minutes." You could try that as well after you π graduate.
Well done. My turn for the last run tomorrow morning-wind assisted. All the runs have been hard but I'll think of your tenacity and try and find your amazing determination. What an achievement!
