Today I finished the last run. Was rather uneventful, but a great sense of achievement.
So where do I go from here?
The podcasts kept me going.
Are there any good apps to track distance and time?
Thank you

Well, I say just go " Whoooaaarrrrr!" Then aparrently, there are loads of suggestions for speed, intervals etc on this site. Great stuff. I hope I am two runs behind you. Everything crossed!
Well done, congratulations. You can now apply for your virtual graduate badge ☺
Next step would be the free c25k+ podcasts , free to download here. There will be a link on the right in blue text
After stepping stones, which you should run inside out til you have them off pat, and then you can look at working your way to 10k with the bridge to 10k podcasts. The link to the podcasts by Sami murphy are in a Dropbox file. We found them the other day and posted up the link.
Massive congratulations, BB, that's brilliant. 🏆
As for what to do next, why not stick with the w9 podcast for a couple of weeks to consolidate running for 30minutes 3 times a week. Then there are the c25k+ podcasts which are all challenging in their own way. I love Stamina and Speed, but never really took to Stepping Stones. Then there is Parkrun in a Saturday - a lovely sociable way of running 5k, competing against yourself (and if I'm honest other people too) each week and meeting fellow runners. Also, why not enter a race in a couple of months time to give yourself something to aim towards. The world is your lobster, as Del Boy would say. Happy running
Well done for graduating, I see u have your Grad badge already! It is up to u where u go next. I continued doing 30 mins X 3 times a week for a couple of weeks and one day decided to try to keep going to 5k which I managed in 43 minutes. After that, I did 3 X 5k a week which gave me more than enough to think about for some weeks. Doing a bigger distance allowed me to start going to bigger spaces such as woods and grassy tracks in the countryside which was a lot of fun! There is always parkrun if u like to meet new people and link into local clubs and events. Guess it is deciding if it is speed or distance you want to go for or even is there a level at which you feel u can settle!
Congratulations! I hope you feel amazing!
If you have a smartphone I can recommend Runkeeper to track your runs - it's free and has always worked well for me. ( for over 2000kms now!)
Thanks. I guess I carry on with week 9 for a bit. Not sure I will ever be a fast runner, so I might try to push for distance in a few weeks time.
I started the program with my son, which really helped, having a running buddy.
