W13R2 - 20 min - just me against the wind

I so didn't want to go out today. I had a small plumbing emergency during night that involved way too much water and to little sleep. My calves are like lead for several days now. The weather was not welcoming either - wet, very windy, but at least the rain made a breal just for me :)

After ~30min walking my dog, I head out to my 'naked' run with listening only to my body, no music, no podcast, no nothing. My body decided that 20 minutes is as much O can push today without adverse effects.

I am glad I went out. Thank you lusmo . Half of a day I was thinking that I am going out running today only because I promised you.

Next run Friday :)

Oh, wow! Congratulations! That's great!

The wind is like a hill.😑

I think running without a podcast just by your body is a great idea.

But it does not work for me because I would stop immediately.😢

Lora's podcast helps me a lot.

Today I used it (W9R3) and it was going great. It's just too short.

I'm thinking about creating my own podcast, but I do not have time for it.

I also tried to listen to the lectures. It's great (2in1), but it's not that motivating for running.

Congratulations on running regularly! This is a great success!πŸ‘

Yes! Next run Friday! I can not wait! :-)

Have a nice rest time!

In the past I couldn't run without music. My pace was all over the place. I was too fast in the beginning, too tired later, very bored, distracted... All sorts of things. Somehow recently it is something I need the most :)

You really shouldn't run naked in this weather especially if you have had waterworks problems in the night

I went out in the wind too it was hard work. Managed 4k though in 28mins

Deserted island style mixed with ice swimming club ;)

I did 2.9k in 20min just because I started too fast and later I found w quiet land, i.e. pitch black football field surrounded with trees and houses.
