Feeling good about my run today the 3 5 minute runs were not too much of a problem and my recovery is much better. Cannot believe i am going to be running for 20 mins by the end of the week.

Good luck. You’re a few weeks ahead of me. I’m cycling in days when I’m not running so out on the bike today

All I know is the 1st 3 minutes are the hardest and after that my body gets into a good rhythm and I can just keep going. Make sure you stretch after your runs
