I have really surprised myself by getting this far!
Though, I do wish there was a way to silence Jo Whiley when she butts in to the middle of a good song...! Her tips become a bit annoying after a while and I’ve done c25k before so I recognise the script! Also - I’m not thinking “I hate running” at all until she says it!!😂😂😂.
Still- week 4 - hurray! 😉

Well I’ve just completed WK4. It’s taken me a couple of weeks to do it but I don’t care. To think I can now run for 16 minutes is just unbelievable for me. And the fact that I’ve stuck with it in the cold and wind and rain I just say it’s all worth it. Here’s to WK5 👍.
