Hi guys and girls. Well thats my 2nd recovery run done this morning, 3K in just under 21 minutes. Not fast but sticking to my physio's instructions to the letter. Took an extra long warm up walk so that I could get onto one of my well known routes and it paid off. They say familiarity breeds contempt, in this case it worked wonders
