Thanks for all your advice - it was good not too hard but not too easy. Quite pink in the face but not dying! Did it in stretchy jeans - not ready for all the kit yet. Did the stretches you recommended on NHS page - thanks - body fizzing a little which feels nice - day 2 will be my birthday run! So far so good 😊

Well done! I had my first run this morning too, so relieved it wasn't as impossible as I was expecting😁 Do you think the stretches made a difference?
Not sure hope so though feeling slightly dodgie on the outside of my hips now - slightly concerned about tomorrow morning!?
