W9 R3 is over! My best speed and best distance!! I was flagging at about twelve minutes, really wasn’t sure if I could finish when this random guy stepped out of my way and gave me a resounding high five as I ran past!! That reenergised me and kept me smiling, and I did it, whoop whoop
Also, to anyone who feels self conscious running, my high five with a stranger should show that people respect runners, and only see the good!!
