So after having a bottle of wine last night I thought NO take a rest day and do W4R1 on Tuesday .... but I got to the gym and thought why not give it a go ... repeat if necessary ... dropped from 9.2 to 8.6kph and breezes through it ! Lol slight exaggeration with ‘ breeze’ but I managed it ! Feeling dead chuffed !

Good run.

Did you run yesterday? If you did you are taking a big risk of muscle injury and also undoing some of the development work that is happening to them, we need the rest days.

Alcohol does dehydrate but if you’re on top of hydration in general a little doesn’t do much harm... I prefer to drink after a run and not the night before though.

Enjoy your next run.

Well done Cherries2 ....I was back at gym today ....all about getting into a routine.... did W4r1 walking 6.4kph but upped the incline to 5.0

Carried on for 40min in total. 10 on

Bike 10 on cross trainer 3min row and 10 lengths in pool. Stood on scales at just below 17 stone when

I started this Oct 10th I was 18st 8 and 3/4 ! So if your doing it for weight loss it’s definitely working.
