I’m really proud of myself. I know I graduated a couple of years ago but I haven’t run much due to health reasons. So I started from scratch. This morning I completed W4R1, it was so hard going but I got to the end. Each run is a challenge and I’m getting there but by bit. Well done me 👍

Hello Tazzy_wazzy, I have also re-started c25k. Third time from the very beginning, I think. This time because of a flare up probably due to my torn medial meniscus in my right knee. I am seeing a physio who has given me the OK to start running again. I plan to run W4R1 tomorrow.Perhaps you have already run W4R2 by now. All the best for your running journey. 😊🏃🏻♀️
