Wow that was hard going. Thought the last 5 minutes would never end! When Jo Wiley said slow down if you are finding it hard, I thought if I slow down anymore I will be walking!

Glad I did it and didn't stop. Next one on Wednesday 😆

Awesome job well done. I know exactly what you mean but boy isn't the feeling at the end worth it. Hope W4R2 went Ok, I'm doing it on Saturday

Well done to you Ghaghdog, I also did W4R1 yesterday and it wasn't too bad, a little sore from time to time but completed it OK, the second run will be on Saturday, my "week" is first run on Wednesday second and third run/round on Saturday and Monday.

Hey, well done. I’m one run in front of you and believe it or not, I felt the same on R1 & R2.....but..... I did exactly the same on R1, managed to get home, didn’t stop - checked Strava for my pace and was so much slower than W3, but R2 last night felt the same, but I was much quicker (0.5min/km quicker).

Keep going, you absolutely can do it, the best way through a block is to run through it and don’t stop, your lungs and legs will take up as much slack as they can without you necessarily knowing until it’s over!

Good luck for R2!

I was totally the same for W4R1 but I did R3 this am and it was sooooo much better. I’m amazed how much easier it was. Onto W5 next! Eek!

Keep going. It honestly gets easier...I can’t believe I just said that as I’m week 1 thought I’d have a stroke!

Hi. Yes it does get easier. At least my knees and legs don't hurt and cease up afterwards now! 😃
