Did my 4th Parkrun yesterday and came in a measly 1 second away from my PB. 1 second! Loving my parkruns and off today to try a 4 mile route before i consider training for a 10k next year. Keep going everyone!

I know that feeling! Keep at it, it will come. Probably when you least expect it.
I am getting back to running after a 6 month break. Managed to set a reasonable PB for the year the other week, then consistently ran the same time +/- 1 second for 3 weeks. Smashed it this week, I went out on the sole mission of doing so! Still a way off my all time PB but it’s coming.
