Thanks Oldlady64, this Saturday will be my 88th parkrun, I am going to the nearest parkrun to my home which is Palacerigg Country parkrun, it's all trails so I will be running in my trail shoes.

Thank you very much Doris8, I have enjoyed those last 4 years at parkrun, I haven't gone every week but nevertheless I have gone on average around 3 times a month, remember there was that big gap off parkruns due to Covid 19 from March 2020 to July /August 2021.

Good luck for week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, thanks Olliebear125 👍

Thanks fir the advice...I'm pleased to say I've just done run 1 week 6...and it was a challenge but it the bag now..👍So looking forward to run 2 now on Thursday or Friday depending on how I'm feeling 👍👍

Thank you very much Irishprincess, I have enjoyed all my parkruns, I don't go to too many, I have a rota of four, that way I have got to know many parkrun runners, I am now tailwalking as well, I am the tailwalker at Springburn parkrun on July 22nd, Dunfermline parkrun on August 5th and I am going to ask to be tailwalker at Palacerigg parkrun on September 2nd, that's the day before I run my first 10K event race.

It's the local Cumbernauld 10k on Sunday 3rd September, I have been a spectator at this event over the last few years so I thought it was high time to take part, 4K of this event takes place at the same place as my usual running route, so I know exactly where the short hills are.

Thanks Floss, tomorrow will be my 88th parkrun which will be at Palacerigg Country Parkrun, that's the nearest parkrun to where I live, it is a trail course so I will be wearing my black trail shoes, I have ran 12 times at Palacerigg, yet to break 33 minutes as the last 1500 metres is all uphill, 33:04 is my PB there, that was last September on my very first run at Palacerigg.
