Was a bit scared of this, put it off a couple of days but that’s it done now. Ran 2.25 laps of my local park run in 30 mins so not looking like 5k’s a doer for me but I’ll keep trying 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Brilliant well done. Don't worry about 5k, 30 minutes is incredible, just 2 more runs for you! W9r1 for me tomorrow

Meant to say my park run is 3 laps so not too far off me thinks 🤔🤔

So around a mile a lap. You're doing about the same as me. I don't think very many people finish by doing 5k but once you get to running for 30 minutes then you're on the right track. And think back to week 1! Such progress. You're a runner now!

Great job. 30 minutes changes your life, 5k comes later for the vast majority of us.... it really doesn’t matter. Enjoy the next one.

See how you feel later in the week. You might be able to over achieve on your final run and do 5k as a one-off?
