Well today’s run felt great and actually think I can manage 20 minutes on my 3rd run.
I made a running playlist and I think it really helped to keep me going. Those random ‘Buble’ songs weren’t helping my running 😂
The middle 5 minutes felt great and I could have run for longer but determined to stick to the plan. 🏃♀️🏃♀️
Brilliant. It's good to feel confident but even better to feel great. 😃😃😃
Definitely stick with the plan to minimize the risk of injury. Enjoy the rest of the week, you're just about half way to the podium. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
