Just come in from my W5R3 20 minute run, still actually in my sweaty running gear but had to write this immediately.
I can't believe how much easier that was that I thought it would be. I actually found myself thinking at the end that I could have gone further and I wasn't that out of breath which is amazing. My recovery time seemed easier than on previous runs.
Anyone that thinks they can't do it needs to realise that if you have followed the plan then you are ready and you can do it.
I am actually looking forward to W6 which must be a doddle after that.
Really pleased with myself.
Wahooooooooo...!!!

well done you. i have just done this this morning about half hour ago.i cannot believe i ran for 20 minutes none stop i was dreading it when she said today we are going to run for 20 minutes i thought im never going to do it. and i did . you going straight on to wk 6 as she said i could repeat wk 5 if needs be.
Well done! Excellent. A word of warning though. Don't take Week 6 too lightly. Yes, you are building up your stamina, but it is also taking a lot out of your body as well and it dupes you into thinking that the shorter runs of Week 6 will be easy. They're not.
Make sure that you're as mentally prepared for every run, just as you were for today's run. Then you'll be sure to make them as easy!
