Ok... graduation day.... yeahhhhhhh.....!!!! NOT.... felt dreadful, heavy cold, banging headache...... but I have to run.... what's happened to me...??? 4.71km in 30 minutes... omg.... I did it...!!! I really did it....!!! I have a 5 km run planned for Saturday ( mixing up the days slightly because of the dark mornings).

Does anyone have suggestions for the next step? There is no way I'm giving this up now....!!! I LOVE RUNNING...

Well done Moody, congratulations 🍾🍾🍾.

Get a few good consolidation runs under your belt, grow those running legs as Oldfloss would say, and then maybe think about increased distance. Perhaps JuJu's bridge to 10 k.

For today just feel bloody fantastic 🀩

Congratulations! Just keep running 30s until they’re very comfortable... then onwards. Enjoy your celebration

Many congratulations Moody.

Doesn’t that feel great?

Enjoy the feeling, then I would certainly recommend getting to feel comfortable over the next few weeks with running for 30 minutes 3 times a week, then you can look at increasing your distance gradually.

Well done you nailed it. I graduated this week too and I plan to keep doing 30-minute runs three times a week with the occasional 5K thrown in but I'm not going to go mad. There's a very salutary story in the FAQ's about someone gong over the top and coming a cropper so I'd consolidate and then increase the distance if that's the way to go. First though, bask in the glow of your fantastic achievement!

Not what you're looking for?
