Graduation 😁😁😁

Well I have done it, wk9r3 completed and I loved every painful minute lol and was determined to do 5k for my final run, 4k is the most I have managed so far, but I did it took me 39 mins.

Thank you all for all the support I have had on here think I would of give up before now if it hadn't been for this community!

Good luck to all those who are just starting out on your journey, all your hard work will pay off just believe in yourself and trust the plan even if it seems to hard at times, you can do this!! 🍀🍀🍀
