W8R2 - was a breeze. Kitten had a some knee pain so we slowed the pace until the pain went.

W8R3 - did a parkrun as a 'tourist'. ✔

W9R1 - we both had a knee pain! Probably off road experience as we are normally pounding the pavement.

Normally I would get competitive and push for a 30 minute 5k but for this parkrun I will be taking one for the team.

A whole bunch of us are graduating on the same run so I'll be with the tail enders for support.

We all meet up after for breakfast together! 😸😸😸

We get them too... think there would be a standard for them, but it seems that they just add short codes in that they want to! Surprisingly Apple only brings these up on iOS 🍎 🍏 and no sign of the company logo.
