Week 6 Second Run

Well that wasn't easy, but it was a lot better than Monday's workout.

Still not bought new trainers to correct my overpronation, but I know what trainers I need to get, so I think it will be next Wednesday's run before I get them.

I see that all the runs from here on in are long continuous ones, with the length of time going up each week.

I have been invited on a Park Run in Richmond Park, London on 15 December, so that's a challenge.

Good job... tough intervals all done. Enjoy these long runs, you’ll feel the strength growing in the legs.
