Week 6 run 1

Done. But more challenging than expected. I'd read all the advice on here about it being a surprisingly challenging one after the 20 minutes, so allowed myself a second rest day before giving it a shot. I tried to go slow, but my Fitbit says my first 2km were faster than my usual pace, so it's unsurprising that I felt tired before the final run.

That said, the one minute to go message on the final run was welcome, and I put whatever go I had left in me into picking up the pace, and actually felt really good for it!

Good stretch and a hot shower, and only two runs to go before I treat myself to new trainers and maybe a few other bits too!

I'm sure week 6 is designed to make you realise how much you love* running without walking intervals!

*ok, maybe prefer ...
