Wow! Massive fail today, couldn’t even manage three consecutive minutes running, had to break it down into more two minute runs instead, I had no chance at hitting five mins. I did go for a long and challenging walk with The husband yesterday tho so maybe I just need to have a couple of rest days before I tackle that one again. Oh well can’t smash them all. #c25k 🏃🏼‍♀️😅😫😵

Hi. I’m struggling with W4. Ive got to WK4R3 and I’m just finding it really hard. I’m not giving up tho I’ll just do the whole week again cos I’m def not going to manage WK5. Just got to keep going 👍

NOOOOO! you have completed all the runs of week 4 don't repeat...you did them! That's amazing...now you have to trust in the program and follow it, believe me you will be fine. I look forward to seeing you post W5R3 :-) you got this!!!

Fail? Did you stay in bed and only think you started the run? That’s the only fail. You ran, it didn’t go well but you learned a couple of things, the run you did makes you stronger for next time... these are all positives when you think about it. There is no fail run, every run serves a purpose. Slow and steady next time out and you got it.
