Hey,

I did yoga yesterday. I'm due to go for a week 8 run today but my arms and upper legs are aching (in a good way) after yoga. Should I still run today?

I do classes and gym sessions throughout the week including yoga. So I’m aching most days but still run just take it easy and warm those muscles that ache and stretch them well.

Yes absolutely! Yoga has given you a good stretch and strengthening and this all helps to build a strong runner. Go out and smash it :-)

Yeah. That’s what they’re wanting, a nice recovery run... slow paced relaxed run, then you can come in, feel them ache a little bit more and know that what you’re feeling is what’s making you stronger workout by workout.

Enjoy.
