Last run R3W6 because I've been finding it a little tough. Today R3W7. Beautiful day albeit cold! Started off with my OldiebutGoodie playlist. It took me a while to get into a steady pace but eventually it happened and I so enjoyed it today. I plan to run again on Thursday (R3W8) and do my yoga daily. I'm feeling good so must be doing something right.

Good run for you 59er, there are 4/25 minute runs on C25K, the first one is run 3 of week 6. when you have completed that you are officially a runner, which you are now, all the 3 runs of week 7 are 25 minutes. It's not too long now until you graduate, good luck for the next few weeks.
