W5R3 done - yay!

I was dreading today. Woke up and was lying there thinking “maybe I’ll just give up” but I went out - and loved it! I knew it was just a mind thing, I knew to trust the programme, but I still had no confidence that I’d be able to do it - and then I did - and carried on for further than I needed to as well. This girl can 😊

Maybe you’ll just give up? What you need to do there is take that voice in your head outside and kick its ass around a 20 minute run. Oh, you just did... great job.

Lol, thank you 😊

Feeling like a runner now? 😀

...I did after that one, my favourite run of the lot... what a great buzz eh?!

Good for you MH, smashing some gremlins and having it large for 20 minutes.

Awesome 😎

I maintain the W5R3 is the best run on the program! honestly from here on out, you know you can do all the runs, the doubt that you can goes. don't get me wrong it's still tough and challenging, but you know you can actually physically do it regardless of anything else. So glad you enjoyed it! you totally are a runner! Well done :D :D

Congratulations!!! You've reached huge milestone. It is mostly mental challenge, as the program prepared us to this run. Enjoy week 6! Remember to go easy on 1st run, a mny people find it tricky and hard after the long run. Remember slow and steady is our mantra ;)

Good plan, I could imagine going out there feeling invincible and trying to run too hard.

Well done you 👏, it’s such a great feeling isn’t it! Upwards and onwards, but pace yourself. You don’t want to get caught out now 💪
