Lovely frosty morning and although I completed the run I am struggling more than I thought I would after completing week 5. Don't quite get the same sense of achievement as I used to, maybe the 25 minutes on Sunday will lift my spirits!

Wow! What a beautiful place to run ☺. I felt the same in week 6. I absolutely hated going back to intervals after W5R3. You've finished them now though and the only way is up 😊. Hope it gets better for you!

Definitely feel like a proper runner after W6R3.

You're doing it right or you wouldn't get this far!

Happy running 🏃 😸👏👏👏

It will get better and better. Keep going you're more than halfway there.

The most important words in your post are, "I completed the run". That's what it's all about. Struggling and yet still getting through it builds stamina and mental resilience and every completed run is an achievement. Well done.

What a beautiful place to run

You know you can do this, it's just another week of runs, albeit staggered again (like I know what I'm talking about lol)

Loose yourself in your surroundings and music, look how far you've come 🙌
