W6R2 complete! Big runs ahead!

Not long got back from completing W6R2, I was a bit apprehensive of this run as I struggled with W6R1 due to me not listening to my body (I stupidly went out feeling literally sick and tired and although I completed W6R1 I felt really ill afterwards). Thankfully I found this run a lot easier, and a lot more enjoyable 😊 Will take more notice of my body next time! Here's to the long runs, excited but nervous too.

Relax into these longer runs.... just let the new running legs begin to find their own happy pace...no need for nerves... slow and steady is the way :)

Me too, just done W6R2! Felt I coped pretty well, but also apprehensive about the longer runs. I'm getting a bit of lower back pain in the last 5 minutes so hoping that doesn't get worse - but overall am so chuffed at progressing through this programme! Aren't we just amazing!

Well done!! We've managed 20 mins, so we CAN do this!! This plan is just amazing isn't it. Can't believe the difference it's made!

I do hope your back pain goes away

I'm sure you'll do fab, good luck. It's great seeing so many people at the same point. Seeing their nerves and then them completing runs really spurs you on doesn't it 😊
