Start of week 7, weight loss slow but inches disappearing.

Week 7 starts tomorrow. Feeling positive about each run now. Been following slimming world and have lost 2 stone but it’s been very up and down. Sticking with it though and did my measurements today. Extremely proud that I’ve lost 29.5 inches in total since May. I’ve gone from a size 20 to getting in to a few size 14s depending where I shop haha.

This is simply an amazing program to follow. Bring on that 5k!!

Well done! I’m doing SW and also started week 7 today! I really wish I’d measured when I started though - I’d love to know how many inches I’ve lost!

Well done! I'm also doing SW - have lost 3.5 stone in 16 months but since starting C25K have actually put *on* weight - I know it's my muscles retaining water as they repair themselves after this unaccustomed activity, so it's good to hear that you're noticing inch loss even if the weight loss is slow. Keep going - you'll be hitting week 9 and a size 12 in no time at all! :-)

Thanks! It’s disheartening when the scales don’t budge but it’s worth it in the end!

Congratulations on the weight loss. Building your physical fitness alongside is a great combination and is going to make you feel great. Go you! 🙂
