Well just found out about this app, can't wait to start ! I hate exercise and recently went up to a size 20 !

Never been this big in my life and turning 40 in a couple of months 😐

Welcome Riverfox. I am also trying to make a change before my 40th, hence the name. Mine is next May, how about you? I ran wk5 run 1 yesterday and I'm feeling good. I am not focussing on weightloss but fitness as I don't want this to be another failed diet attempt. I do have three stone to lose though! Best of luck, enjoy and let us know how you get on!

You are def in the right place! Welcome! Take it slow and trust the plan - it really works if you stick with it. You might want to explore a healthy eating plan in parallel with your running as runnng alone will get you fit (and happy!) but weight loss will be slow. Good luck and keep us posted! βœ¨πŸ€—βœ¨ x
