Sorry your knee was hurting you, might be a good idea to ice it straight after your run and again before bed. Well done for finishing W7R1!!

Well done for completing this run but don't aggravate your knee problem, if you need an additional days rest, take it, you'll be resting a lot longer if you push too much and cause a worse injury 😉

Try running on grass or another softer surface if you normally run on paving - it really does make a difference. Hope it goes well x
