I made sure to go slowly yesterday morning but my knee hurt a bit. I will see how run 2 goes.

Sorry your knee was hurting you, might be a good idea to ice it straight after your run and again before bed. Well done for finishing W7R1!! :) :)

Well done for completing this run but don't aggravate your knee problem, if you need an additional days rest, take it, you'll be resting a lot longer if you push too much and cause a worse injury 😉

Try running on grass or another softer surface if you normally run on paving - it really does make a difference. Hope it goes well x
