Getting used to do these 25mins non-stop. Not as daunting as first thought 7 weeks ago!
Breathing was all good. Breathing in the colder air seems refreshing. Pace was OK. Need to work on increasing the stride. Feet and knees were feeling tight.
More than chuffed for completing week 7 and sticking to going out there in the dark after work and just doing it. Also running in 3c isn't as bad as first thought. Base layer, lightweight hoody, gloves and thin hat works for me.
