This is my second attempt and I’ve done so much better! This time it’s on the treadmill and I’m mostly enjoying it!
Completed the last interval runs today and must admit I’m nervous about no breaks. But I know I can do it. Today in the 34 minute total I managed 3.28km so as long as I continue at the same pace I’m hoping I’ll crack that 5k by the end!

If 5k happens on graduation then that is a bonus. 30mins non stop is all that is required. After that just extend your run times a bit at a time to get to 5k, or (no sarcasm intended) just run faster to do in 30. Lots of people take ages, or never do get to 5 in 30.
