I can't believe I'm saying this, but that was GREAT.🎉

A bit of a chilly morning at 1C, but the sun was shining and the birds were chirping me along the old railway route. Listening to my music, putting one foot in front of the other and just waiting for Jo to tell me what to do next. I seemed to be in another world today and felt as though I had been running all my life. 😉

1 x 5min Brisk Walk warm-up, 3 x 5min Run, 2 x 3min Brisk Walk and a 5min Brisk Walk cool down.👍🏃

Some friends might think I'm mad, but I don't care, they are just realising what I've known for years 🤣😂🤣😂

What a great post and a lovely picture. Sounds like you’ve caught the running bug. 😀

Thank you. I think you are right 😉 It is getting colder here, but the runs warm me up.
