Week 5 Run 1 Completed (with a sprint finish...)

This evening I completed W5R1. 5 min brisk walk followed by 3x5min runs broken by 2x3 min recovery walks.

I must say that I found the 3 runs OK. So much so that I had enough energy to finish the 3rd 5min stint with a big of accelerated pace (though, not quite Usain Bolt pace).

I'm actually now quite looking forward to W5R2, before I have to face The Widow Maker (20 min run) on Saturday. ☺ 🏃
