28 minutes - all in one go! Really enjoyed getting out in the rain and mud and puddles again today.

Felt really tough in patches must managed to keep on battling through, and by the end really felt I could have carried on. Funny how that happens isn’t it, like a second wind knowing the end isn’t far away.

One thing I have learnt today is that I need my routine, or at least need to adapt better when I’m out of it. Usually I run after work so can drink water all day at my desk. I’m off work this week so am able to run when I want, and also forgetting about water a bit. I’ll have to learn to adjust, I start a new job next week and won’t be able to rely on being at my desk all the time (thankfully!!!), so need to plan better.

Rest today tomorrow and then run two on Thursday.

Oh wow those colours are exceptionally beautiful! Week 8 is great but agree that hydration really is important. Well done 👍
